SARA / TERMS OF USE

Terms of Use.

These terms explain the basic rules for using the SARA website and project.

Please have this template reviewed and adapted to the laws that apply to your business before relying on it as a legal agreement.

1. About these terms

By accessing this website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. The SARA project and this website are developed by Tiezeron (“we”, “us”). If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

2. Project status and downloads

SARA is under development. The download page may contain a placeholder archive or incomplete, experimental, or pre-release materials. No working features or release date are promised. Check files before opening them and use them at your own discretion.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the website or project to break the law, interfere with the website, compromise its security, or infringe another person’s rights. You are responsible for your use of any materials you download.

4. Intellectual property

The SARA name, site design, visual identity, and original materials are owned by or used with permission by Tiezeron, unless stated otherwise. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond ordinary personal access to the website.

5. Availability and warranty

The website and project are provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend, or remove content at any time. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or pre-release materials.

6. Website statistics and privacy

For traffic measurement and site administration, the website records visitors’ IP addresses, first and last visit times, visit counts, and an automated-traffic classification inferred from the request’s user-agent. The current visitor log has no automatic deletion period. Do not submit sensitive personal information through this website.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the project develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. For questions about the project, visit the About us page.
